< Talk Technical here ~ Some incoming emails not arriving

Emails from my brother in the USA are not arriving for past 2 months.
We have resortrted to using GMail to get emails going to-and-fro.
Other emails come and go properly via TalkTalk.
I would like to correspond direct with TalkTalk rather than using this method.
