< TalkTalk Broadband and Gaming ~ 40GB Download Limit Exceeded!

I think I may have exceeded the 40GB Per Month download limit (If I have, it would not have been by much), Can someone please tell me what the consequences of this will be? Also, how can I check the exact amount of download memory I have used? (Talk Talk customer service can't seem to tell me this info). Thanks.
